제목 농업부산물(유채대, 보리짚)의 전처리 공정을 통한 효소 가수분해도평가
초록 Biological conversion of biomass into fuels and chemicals requires hydrolysis of the polysaccharide fraction into monomeric sugars. Hydrolysis can be performed enzymatically. Rapedeed straw (RS), which is a processing residue generated by the bio-oil industry, was used as a model biomass, and dilute sulfuric acid used as a catalyst for the pretreatment of biomass. Various pretreatment processes were conducted, and compared the effects on the hemicellulose removal and consequently on the production of sugars (xylose, glucose and arabinose) as well as on the formation of by-products (furfural, 5-hydroxymethylfurfural and acetic acid). Operational conditions for the pretreatment of rapeseed straw were optimized respectively, for enhancing the enzymatic digestibility as a dependent process variable. The pentose-rich hydrolyzate exhibited a low concentration of fermentation-inhibiting compounds.
