제목 | Photovoltaic Performance of Dye-Sensitized Solar Cell Based Gel Polymer Electrolytes and Organic Dyes |
초록 | Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) have attracted considerable attention as next generation solar cell due to low manufacturing cost and high-power conversion efficiencies. A conversion efficiency of 11% has been achieved in DSSCs with ruthenium(Ⅱ) dye (N719 dye) as photosensitizer. Compared with ruthenium complex, organic sensitizer dyes generally have larger molar extinction coefficients and economical advantage. Then, DSSCs have disadvantage of performance limitation in long-term operation because of leakage and evaporation of liquid electrolyte. In this study, we are using synthesized metal-free organic dyes containing phenothiazine and polymer gel electrolyte. The influence of fluorinated polymer and a fluorine substituted phenothiazine were measured by photovoltaic performance. |
