Well-ordered nanostructure of self-assembled block copolymers would be the key of high performance organic electronics. However, morphological behavior of conjugated polymer based rod-coil block copolymers are limited due to the strong rod-rod interaction among the rod blocks. Distinct from conventional P3HT based rod-coil block copolymers, rod-coil copolymers with a novel “Graft” architecture could realize well-ordered nonfibril nanostructures. However, most properties like packing structure, grafting density of transition point, effect of coil block of rod-coil graft copolymers are not developed. Here, we developed molecular and morphological behavior of P3HT-Based rod-coil “Graft” copolymers with tuning grafting density and composition ratio. We observed that tuning grafting density and controlling the molecular weights (Mn) of the grafted P2VP chains allowed us to regulate the rod–rod interaction of the copolymers systematically. |
