제목 Nanoporous Inorganic Films Prepared by Block Copolymer
초록 We report on nanoporous SiO2 and TiO2 films fabricated by block copolymer thin film where PS nanopillars are oriented normal to a substrate. For this purpose, polystyrene-b-poly(methyl methacrylate) (PS-b-PMMA) with a volume fraction of PS having 0.272 is spin-coated from toluene solution under a low humidity condition on a substrate modified by PS-r-PMMA copolymer. Then, the film was annealed at high temperature, followed by UV irradiation and rinsing with acetic acid. SiO2 and TiO2 were synthesized by well-known sol-gel method and PS pillars were removed by combustion at higher temperatures.
