제목 The effect of cross-linking on the thermal properties of LDPE/peoxide
초록 In this work, thermal properties of cross-linked and uncross-linked low-density polyethylene (LDPE)/peroxide were investigated. The thermal properties of LDPE/peroxide were observed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), respectively. For cross-linked blends, the gel content was determined. It was observed that the gel content increases with an increase in peroxide concentration. The degree of crystallinity decreased with an increase in peroxide concentration. In the result, peroxide treatment has an effect on the thermal stability of the LDPE/peroxide.
