제목 | Novel nanocarbon material as the petroleum pitch/polymer composite to use as a binder for lithium ion battery |
초록 | The petroleum pitch has enriched functional groups with chemical bonding reactions during the synthesis of the pitch when compared to coal tar. Therefore, the research are actively investigating to replace electrode materials by various petroleum pitch with high electrochemical and physical performances. In this study, we, have prepared a binder composed of petroleum pitch/polymer (polyurethane ether) composite for lithium ion battery. It is also introduced to replace to conventional polymer based binder and improve the adhesion strength and electrochemical performance of the electrode. The electrochemical and physical properties of the lithium ion battery based on the petroleum pitch/polymer composite binder were measured by using universal testing machine (UTM), charge/discharge test, cyclic voltammetry(CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS). |
