제목 Thermo-sensitive self-assemblies from biodegradable PHEA(Poly-α,β-[N-(2-hydroxyethyl) L-aspartamide] copolymer in aqueous media
초록 Polymeric self-assemblies, spherical, cylindrical micelles together with vesicles, have attracted tremendous interests from many researchers in the field of drug delivery system. Especially, self-assemblies with oxidation, pH and thermal sensitivity from diblock copolymer were reported for controlled assembling and entrapment of therapeutic agents. Not only enhanced stability, these assemblies provide also benefits of less toxic drug-loading method due to a stimuli-induced assembling into self-assemblies with various morphologies. In this study, thermo-sensitive self-assemblies from biodegradable copolymer and its physicochemical properties were reported.
