제목 |
Spray Deposited Metal Oxide Electron Transport and Hole Transport Layers for Perovskite Solar Cells |
초록 |
Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have been intensively investigated because of their high efficiency and low processing costs. A great deal of effort is required in designing complex nanostructures which are effective as ETL/HTL to achieve high open circuit voltage and high fill factor in PSCs. Nanostructured ETL/HTL such as nanowire, nanorods and nanoporous films with better surface morphology, roughness, and nanoarchitecture were found to be beneficial for giving efficient electron injection and a short carrier path for the electron. In this work, various metal oxide films with nanostructured morphology and plasmonic properties have been fabricated by one-step spray pyrolysis technique and applied to the PSC devices. The WO3 based ETL exhibit the device efficiency of ~7% with high Jsc~ 22 mA/cm2. We expect to achieve high efficiency >15% after alignment of energy levels of ETL with perovskite layer. |
