제목 Reproducible and Air Stable Gas Sensor based on Organic Field Effect Transistor using Indacenodithiophene-co-benzothiadiazole Polymer with Additives
초록 Reproducible, high sensitive and air stable gas sensors based on organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) are developed by using indacenodithiophene-co-benzothiadiazole (IDTBT) polymer with additive materials such as tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ) and 4-aminobenzonitrile (ABN). The high field effect hole mobility (0.5 cm2/V∙s) of gas sensor with polyimide as a dielectric is achieved by optimizing the bottom-gate top-contact OFETs which is suitable configuration to detect gas. The sensor shows the big change in the electric characteristic such as the threshold voltage, drain current and subthreshold swing when the sensor is exposed in 10 ppm NH3 gas. In addition, the gas sensor inserted small amount additives in the semiconductor layer show 100% recovery property in air and N2 after exposing the 10 ppm NH3 gas and very stable under bias stress and air exposure conditions.
