제목 Phosphorescent WOLED by using new materials as electron-transporting layer and hole-transporting layer materials
초록  Our hole transport material and electron-transporting material, namely, CUK-HTL and from CUK-ETL-1 to CUK-ETL-4 were adapted to white OLED devices for solution process. White devices were fabricated using various emission materials with our new HTL and ETL materials. By recombination well-known emitting layers, new HTL and ETL materials in device, and by controlling film’s thickness in device highly efficient white emission has been attained. The blue phosphorescent, iridium(III)bis[(4,6-di-fluorophenyl)-pyridinato-N,C2]picolinate (FIrpic) is doped into separate layers of N,N-dicarbazolyl-3,5-benzene (mCP) and the others host.
