제목 Structured Polymer Film Preapration by Spin Coating of Polymer/Solvent/Non-solvent
초록 We adopted spin coating method specially with Polymer/Solvent/Non-solvent system to prepare structured polymer film on glass substrate. When non-solvent is water, evaporated water condensed on the solution, which is called Breath Figure. After complete drying of solvent and water, porous polymer film was obtained by the traces of condensed water droplets. When non-solvent is organic solvent of octane which has higher boiling point than that of solvent, non-solvent content increases due to active solvent evaporation during spin coating. Phase separation by increase in non-solvent content makes structure in spin-coated film. Phase separated film has different refractive index fromcompact film without phase separation. By varying polymer molecular weights and non-solvent content, optical thin films could be prepared, which have anti-reflection (AR) effect and different transmittances (or reflectance) of visible lights with various wavelengths.
