High quality conductive silver coating layer using high-temperature sintering process |
초록 |
Conductive silver paste for the high-temperature sintering process has been investigated for a good wettability near the melting temperature (> 1150K). However, in many cases, the silver coating layer is often peeled off or formed dewetting after the high temperature process. In this study, the coating procedure was varied to enhance the conductive property of the metallic oxide coated film. In particular, the effect of the composition of silver paste with heterogeneous size distribution on the sintering process was studied using a statistical method for employing the industrial applications. |
