Preparation of Polystyrene-based Carbon Fibers by Electrospinning and Their Capacitance Characteristics |
| 초록 |
In this work, polystyrene fibers were prepared by electrospinning methods using DMF and THF solutions. The fibers were stabilized by oxidation and then subsequently carbonized as a function of carbonization temperature. The surface characteristics of the carbon fibers were studied by FT-IR. The morphologies of the fibers were investigated withSEM measurement. The electrochemical behaviors of the fibers were observed by cyclic voltammetry. From the experimental results, it was found that carbonization temperature played a major role to increase of capacitance of the carbon fiber electrodes for electric double layer capacitors. |
