제목 Structural Effects of Diphenylpyridine Amine-Substituted Porphyrins as Hole Transporting Materials for Perovskite Solar Cells
초록 The susceptibility of porphyrin derivatives in light harvesting and charge transport have enabled them to be employed in solar cell applications. The potentials of porphyrin derivatives as hole transporting materials (HTMs) for perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have also been demonstrated, the study on porphyrin structure-device performance relationships has been insufficient. In this work, a series of novel porphyrin derivatives, PZn-Ph-OMe, PZn-Ph-DPA, PZn-Py-OMe and PZn-Py-DPA, are developed and employed them as HTMs for low-temperature processed PSCs. Electron deficient pyridine moiety was incorporated to down-shift highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) levels of porphyrin HTMs. The diphenylpyridine amine -containing porphyrin HTMs possess well-matched HOMO level with perovskite active layers, which facilitate hole transfer from perovskite to HTMs. DPPA-containing PZn-Py-DPA based PSCs showed best performance.
