제목 Inverted Polymer Solar Cells Fabricated by All Inkjet Processing
초록 In this work, we report efficient inverted polymer solar cells (I-PSCs) optimized with an elaborate manipulation of inkjet printing technology. All layers of the I-PSCs including a blend of poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl) (P3HT) as a donor and [6,6]-phenyl C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PC61BM) as an acceptor, titanium sub-oxide (TiOx) as an electron selective layer, vanadium oxide (V2Ox) as a hole transport layer with controlling type of solvent. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) data indicated that both morphology and geometry of active layer significantly affected by surface tension of solvent and drying time of film which can be modified via co-solvent system. Finally, the optimized I-PSC with solvent mixture device by inkjet printing shows comparable device performances with those of the spin-coated device. We anticipate that our results can contribute the optimization of continuous printing process for polymer solar cells.
