제목 Grphite nanosheet prepared by bead mill
초록 Graphene, a new material with two-dimensional nano structure consisting of a single layer of sp² bond of carbon atoms, has described special properties such as high electric conductivity, great mechanical strength, good thermal conductivity. Preparations of graphene have chemical exfoliation, mechanical cleavage, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), and epitaxial growth. Among them, we produced by mechanical cleavage because it should be easy and simple to use. In this work, we showed that bead mill process can be effective for exfoliation of graphite to provide graphite nanosheet(GNS). The GNS prepared under varying processing conditions were characterized by measuring the thickness and lateral size using AFM, SEM. The milling process was found to prepare GNS of few layer thickness under eco-friendly environments.
