제목 Degradation analysis of highly efficient and stable small-molecule organic light-emitting diodes by using self-organized polymeric hole injection layers
초록 We present the influence of a self-organized polymeric hole injection layers (HILs) on the organic light-emitting devices(OLEDs) performance such as luminous efficiency and their stabilities etc. Our polymeric HIL has compositions of PEDOT:PSS and Perfluorinated ionomer(PFI). Since the PFI has a lower surface energy and a higher ionization potential than the PEDOT:PSS, this polymeric HIL has gradient work function toward overlying organic layers. This self-organized PFI layers give holes efficiently be injected to overlying layers and significantly blocks the quenching of excitons at the interface between HIL and EML. Since, this good capability of hole-injection makes devices have good hole and electron balance, these device shows highly efficient and reliable performances. Reliablility of devices with various compositions of PFI in HIL was demonstrated by using various analysis technique such as current-voltage-luminance, capacitance-voltage, transient EL, Dark Injection SCLC etc.
