제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Blue Emissive InGaP Alloyed Quantum Dots
초록 Colloidal quantum dots (CQDs) synthesized of III-V elements retains excellent optoelectronic characteristics, such as sharp color gamut attributed to their narrow emission spectrum, stability under atmospheric conditions and tunable bandgap, even in comparison with their predecessors consisted of hazardous II-VI elements.

 For III-V CQDs, owing to their excellent optical properties and environment-friendly nature made themselves a promising candidate for application in light-emitting diodes. Herein we introduce a strategy toward the synthesis of blue-emissive III-V CQD without such post-synthetic processes.

The incorporation of Ga into InP resulted in a PL peak shift toward the blue region, because of increased bandgap in alloyed CQDs. The spectroscopic analysis described 30 nm of blue-shift of PL peak was present, compared to conventional InP/ZnS QD. Also, FWHM of ~65 nm and approximately ~60% of PLQY was achieved through alloying process.
