제목 Nano-assembled injectable hydrogels releasing bFGF as tissue-regenerative bulking agents for urinary incontinence
초록 Injectable system has been widely utilized as biomaterials for biomedical applications such as tissue regeneration and drug delivery based on minimal invasive technique. In this study, bFGF loaded heparin based nanogel incorporated injectable phenol-functionalized Tetronic hydrogels was developed for urinary incontinence. Tetronic hydrogel was rapidly formed via enzymatic oxidative reaction whether the nanogel was incorporated or not. The loading efficiency of heparin nanogel was measured to be about 80% by ELISA. The bFGF release kinetics showed that the heparin based nanogel could provide the controlled release of bFGF by changing the amount of the nanogels incorporated in the hydrogels. In vitro cell viability assay showed that the growth of HUVECs incubated on nanogels incorporated hydrogels were continuously increased over 9 days. Obtained results suggest that the nano-assembled injectable hydrogel releasing bFGF have potential as a bulking agent for tissue regenerative medicine.
