제목 Introduction to Standardized Test Methodology for Scratch Characterization of polymeric Materials
초록 The current international standards, which could quantify the scratch characterization of polymers, have been introduced. ASTM D7027 and ISO/FDIS 19252 are representative test standards for the scratch behavior of polymeric materials. ASTM D7027 has two test modes i.e., a constant load and an increasing load. The scratching coefficient of friction and the critical normal load are determined using those modes, respectively. In order to analyze scratch behaviors, ISO/FDIS 19252 has proposed the scratch map which is drawn through various test conditions. However, both ASTM D7027 and ISO/FDIS 19252 still appear to be insufficient as a quantitative test method for the scratch characterization of polymers.
