제목 | Imagification of VOCs viaIon-pairing Dyes: A Simplification of Sensing Array and Application of to Optoelectronic-nNoseFilter System |
초록 | Array sensing platforms with chemoresponsivedyes are of great interest worldwide because as a colorimetric sensor, they enablethe visual discrimination of various volatile organic compounds (VOCs) withexcellent sensitivity and selectivity. However, an ideal dye-based sensingarray still has certain essential design requirements. In this study, a brief synthetic route was developed forion-pairing dyes that exhibit unusual chromatic changes across the entire visiblespectrum and the dyes are applied to a sensing array with different initialstates. A highly accurate color map is generated upon exposure to a series ofVOCs, ascribable to the twounderlying chromatic behaviors of dyes. Finally,the sensing array is applied to the development of an optoelectronic-nosefilter system, whichprovides the information necessary for ensuring a safe environment thatguarantees user health. |
