Porous carbon materials have been received much attention due to their high surface area and electrical conductivity, which have very promising application such as adsorption and separation for biomacromolecules, catalysis and electrode materials for secondary batteries and supercapacitors.In this work, polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) microspheres fabricated by dispersion polymerization, as a template to prepare porous carbon materials, were applied to the resorcinol and formaldehyde (RF) sol-gel polycondensation system. Pyrolysis of RF gels templated by PMMA composites was carried out at 800 ℃. Pore skeleton structure of carbon foams was investigated by the template method. |
