제목 Thermal analysis of based on Maleinized acrylated epoxidized soybean oil/Zirconium compounds composites
초록 Zirconium forms a variety of inorganic and organometallic compounds. Zirconium powder form is highly flammable, but the solid form is resist ignition. The common zirconium compounds are zirconium dioxide (sometimes known as zirconia) and zirconium silicate. The great majority of zirconium compounds are used directly in a variety of high temperature applications. Zirconium dioxide has exceptional chemical resistance and facture toughness. Zirconium silicate has high thermal stability. Functionalized soybean oil(Maleinized acrylated epoxidized soybean oil, MAESO) has been used coating agent, adhesive paint, construction materials. The MAESO composites with 1, 3, 5wt% of zirconium silicate and zirconium dioxide were prepared. The thermal stable properties of composites were analyzed using Thermo-gravimetric analysis/Differential thermal gravimetric (TGA-DTG). AS a result, thermal stability were increased in proportion to the amount of zirconium compounds ratio.
