제목 Highly stable perovskite solar cell using double-FTO transparent electrode and characterization of the long term stability with impedance spectroscopy study.
초록 Sandwich-structured perovskite solar cell(PSC) is fabricated and electrically characterized. The perovskite layer is capped with both inorganic electron transport layer and hole transport layer and heat pressed from both sides. Adapting electron and hole transport material as inorganic TiO2 and NiOX, Sandwich-typed perovskite solar cell showed high lifetime. Champion cell has maximum power conversion efficiency(PCE) as 16% and maintain 99% of its value after 1600 hours. By impedance spectroscopy(IS), bulk and interface properties in the perovskite solar cell can be analyzed under AM1.5G illumination. Over the wide bandwidth from low to high frequency region(10mHz~10MHz), we suggest the compact equivalent circuit model. The degradation factors of the device can be extracted by the magnitude of impedance and constant phase element (CPE) which is related to the angle of the semi-circle versus real impedance axis indicate the decreasing of the lifetime under atmospheric degradation.
