Characterization and Preparation of Cisplatin Micelles Ion-complexed with Carboxymethyl Chitosan |
| 초록 |
Carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCh) was prepared by chemical reaction with mono-chloroacetic acid and glyoxylic acid to low molecular weight water soluble chitosan(LMWSC) of C6-OH (O-Carboxymethyl chitosan) and C2-NH2 (N-Carboxymethylc chitosan) group to apply as a drug carrier. Cisplatin (cis-dichlorodiammineplatinum(II): CDDP) is one of the most widely used antitumor drugs in the treatment of a variety of solid tumors. CDDP loaded CMCh micelles were prepared by ion-complex and investigated by 1H-NMR, FT-IR (Fourier transform infrared), SEM (scanning electron microscopy), TEM (Transmission electron microscope) and DLS (dynamic light scattering) measurement. |
