제목 Fabrication of Various Nanopatterns Using Stretchable Poly(dimethylsiloxane) Replica Molds
초록 We have fabricated various shaped nanopatterns based on colloidal crystal template by using soft lithography. Firstly we prepared high quality 3D colloidal crystal then we obtained PDMS replica mold based on these colloidal crystals. By taking advantage of stretchable property of PDMS replica mold, we obtained various shapes of nanopatterns which have different shapes from colloidal crystal. We can control the shape and size of patterns by changing the stretching direction and degree of stretch of PDMS replica mold. These shape deformation can be predicted by using finite element method.
