제목 Preparation of conducting blend using polyaniline and PEA emulsion
초록 Polyaniline(PANI) is one of the most promising, intrinsically conducting polymers among the many types of conducting polymers due to ease of synthesis, environmental stability, and relative high conductivity. However, because of its poor processablility, it has not yet met its requirements for a wide range of commercial applications.
In this study, we prepared conducting blend using PANI and commercial water-borne polymers (particularly PEA , acrylate, epoxy, etc) by solution blending method in order to improve processability, conductivity, and anti-corrosion properties.
To prepare stable conducting blend, we synthesized doped polyaniline (conductive state) with high stablilty in basic or neutral condition as well as good conductivity due to PEA emulsion which is stable in basic condition contrary to conductive PANI.
We selected polymeric dopant as well as basic precursor to improve stability in conducting blend and we obtained pure conducting blend with low PANI content and good mechanical properties.
