Silica nanostructures, such as nanowires and nanofibers, have attracted considerable attentions because of their unique properties for future applications in nanodevices, optoelectronic devices, etc. In this study, silica/carbon nanotube(CNT) composite nanofibers were synthesized by electrospinning a TEOS/PVA solution mixed with functionalized CNTs. The morphological changes of nanofibers were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) before and after adding functionalized CNTs. The electric properties of silica/CNT composite nanofibers were measured, also. |
