제목 Effects of chop carbon fiber and graphite content on thermal and mechanical properties of thermally conductive polymer composites
초록 In this study, the effects of variations in chop carbon fiber and graphite contents of polypropylene on thermal and mechanical properties of protection against heat composites were studied. The surface properties of carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRPs) were studied by SEM measurement. The effects of chop carbon fiber and graphite contents of processes were studied using thermal transfer such as thermal conductivity tester. Mechanical properties of the composites were investigated using Charpy pendulum impact test. As a result, thermal and mechanical properties were enhanced with suitable amount of chop carbon fiber content. This result can be concluded that the thermal and mechanical properties of polymer matrix composites can be controlled by reliable carbon fiber and graphite content in the thermally conductive polymer composites.
