제목 Synthesis and Characterization of carbazole-thiazole based Iridium(III) complexes for phosphorescent organic light-emitting didoes
초록 We designed and synthesized emitter based on carbazole moiety as a main ligand, picolinic acid (pic), 2-ethoxy ethoxy picolinic acid (EO-pic) as a ancilary ligand for yellow organic light-emitting diodes. The electroluminescence (EL) spectra show the characteristic spectrum of (CzTz)2Ir(pic) and (CzTz)2Ir(EOpic) with its maximum at 537 nm and CIE (Commission International de l’Eclairage) coordinate of (0.45, 0.53). The yellow emissive PhOLEDs based on ITO/PEDOT:PSS/TCTA:OXD-7:Ir complex/LiF/Al cathode exhibit a maximum external quantum efficiency of 6.64 % with corresponding luminance efficiency of 22.14 cd/A, respectively.
