Doping composition effect of two and three color solution-processed phosphorescent white organic light-emitting diodes |

Using novel iridium complexes as dopants and poly(N-vinylcarbazole)(PVK), 4,4',4''-tris(N-carbazolyl)triphenylamine(TCTA) mixed host as hole transport materials and (1,3-bis[(4-tertbutylphenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazolyl]phenylene)(OXD-7) as electron transport material, respectively. We investigated doping concentration effect of red and green as dopant on the key parameters of the mixed host-based white organic light emitting diodes (WOLEDs). The standard WOLEDs based mixed host using bis(3,5-difluoro-2-(2-pyridyl)phenyl-(2-carboxypyridyl) iridium) (FIrpic) were fabricated as reference WOLEDs. The WOLEDs based on these complexes with the configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS(40nm)/PVK:TCTA:OXD-7:RGB Ir(III) complexes controlled composition(60nm)/TmPyPB(20nm)/LiF(0.7nm)/Al(100nm) were fabricated. The best performance WOLEDs maximum quantum efficiency of 6.72% and luminance efficiency 11.95cd/A with CIE coordinate of (0.33, 0.38). |
