Improved mechanical property of polyketone composite reinforced using carbon nanotube/carbon fiber hybrid by plasma treatment |
초록 |
In general, carbon fiber reinfored polymer composite efficiently enhance the elastic modulus and tensile strength but these improvement has occurred with significant decrease of tensile strain. on the other hand, CNT-polymer nanocomposite showed a moderate improvement of mechanical properties. So the simultaneous addition of CNT and carbon fiber(CF) into polymer matrix can exhibit higher performance than composite with CNT or CF alone. These enhancement caused by surface interaction with polymer matrix and filler under plasma treatment. In this study, tensile and dynamic mechanical analysis were employed to investigate the CNT and CF hybrid. |
