제목 Nanocarbon_based functional composites for electronic and energy Devices
초록 Nanocarbon materials, especially graphene and carbon nanotubes, are very promising and attractive materials for advanced nano-electronic and nano-optic applications, because they allow improving a new degree of functionality while at the same time delivering ultra high performance performances—a combination hard to be achieved by conventional semiconductor materials. In the past few years, we have studied several applications using nanocarbon_based composites in the electronic and energy application fields such as transparent conductive electrodes, solar cells and thermoelectric devices. This talk will focus on an introduction for novel nanocarbon devices and applications that improve their intrinsic potential. Also it will briefly cover potentials in science and technology aspects that support the self-healing progress of novel functional devices and applications.
