Novel thermophysical Model to Predict Size and Size Distribution of Precipitated Metallic Nanoparticles |
초록 |
Size selective precipitation and fractionation of metallic nanoparticles are used essentially in the field of fine chemical precipitation processes. Gas expanded liquid (GXL) system is a one promising method to significantly reduce the size distribution of the polydispersed nanoparticle mixture. In parallel with this experimental approach, several thermodynamic models have been investigated to predict the size and size distribution of nanoparticle that dispersed in a gas expanded liquid system. However, it is difficult to determine the relationship between physical parameters because typical models are based on the rigid lattice model. In this study, internal holes based lattice model was derived and used to examine the effects of thermophysical properties on the size and size distribution of precipitated metallic nanoparticles. |
