제목 Preparation of Three-Dimensional Conductive Electrospun Fibers for Wearable Pressure Sensing Devices
초록 We introduce a very simple and efficient way to produce PEDOT/PVDF-HFP nanofibers for application as piezo-resistive type pressure sensor. PVDF-HFP was used as a template material for elastic 3D electrospun structures and EDOT was polymerized on the surface of PVDF-HFP via vapor deposition polymerization technique. The fabricated 3D structured membranes exhibited higher sensitivity (13.5 kPa-1) than that of 2D electrospinning (5.1 kPa-1), including enhanced contact surface area and piezo-resistive effects, resulting in high-performance pressure sensing ability and outstanding durability. Its detection limit was about 2 Pa and exhibited reproducible performance over 1000 strain cycles with no deterioration in performance. Finally, the highly sensitive large-area 16  10 multi array sensor with a low operating voltage of 1 V was fabricated.
