제목 Biomimetic Hydrogel Composite Scaffold having Different Pore Structure for Bone Tissue Engineering
초록 The repair of large bone defects remains a big clinical challenge. Composite hydrogel-based materials can enhance bone tissue regeneration of the 3D printed scaffolds. In this study, we fabricated 3D printed composite hydrogel scaffolds with gelatin, hyaluronic acid, and hydroxyapatite for regulating the cell proliferation and differentiation of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells. To fabricate the composite hydrogels, mixed solution of gelatin and hyaluronic acid was prepared, and then hydroxyapatite was added with different concentrations into the mixed solutions. Using a 3D printer, we prepared the composite scaffolds with different pore structures. Then, these composite scaffolds were crosslinked with EDC and NHS. The composition, microstructure, physical and cytocompatibilities of the composite hydrogel scaffolds were evaluated. In summary, this 3D printed scaffold holds huge potential for treatment of segmental bone defect.
