제목 Preparation and characterization of the IPMCs (Ionic polymer-metal composites) based on Nafion™/PANI (polyaniline), Nafion™/CNT (carbon nanotube) and Nafion™/PANI/CNT composites
초록 This study focuses on the development of novel IPMCs base on Nafion™/PANI, Nafion™/CNT, and Nafion™/PANI/CNT composites to be used for the application of actuator. Polyaniline was synthesized via a chemical oxidation method, and CNT was treated by heat and acid. Various composite membranes were prepared by solution casting on a glass substrate. The concentrations of fillers were PANI (1, 2, 4, 8, 12, 16, and 30 wt.%), CNT (1, 2, and 4 wt.%) and PANI/CNT (8/1, 8/2, and 8/4 wt.%). These membranes were fabricated by an electroless plating technique. Characterization of these IPMCs will be presented in detail at the conference.
