제목 Developmet of conjugated polymers for photodetecting applications
초록 Recently, organic photodetectors (OPDs) have been actively studied for portable and wearable light-detecting applications. ISORG showed printed OPDs for high-resolution fingerprint sensors and portable medical X-ray imaging. Panasonic announced a 8K high-resolution CMOS image sensors using thin OPDs. Samsung demonstrated full-color RGB (red: green: blue) image sensors by replacing G-selective OPDs with silicon photodetectors. Currently, small-molecule-based OPDs have been dominantly developed, but in this study, we tried to develop several conjugated polymers showing excellent responsivity, detectivity, wavelength selectivley and signal responses in OPDs. The detailed study will be presented in the talk.
