제목 The property comparison of ortho, meta and para position from an pyrene derivatives for OLEDs
초록 ortho, meta and para position from an pyrene derivatives are new electron material layer compounds and which contained bulky aromatic side groups and aromatic amine groups were designed to afford improved hole injection properties. pyrene derivatives were used as emitting layer (EML) in OLED device ITO / 2-TNATA (60 nm) / NPB (15 nm) / CUK900: 4% / Pyrene series(35nm) / Alq3 (20nm) / LiF / Al The luminance efficiency of the synthesized compound at 10mA/cm2 were measured 9.04cd/A ,6.91cd/A ,9.88cd/A, 12.46 cd/A for 900, The  Para position from an pyrene derivatives in a doped showed the best performance when the luminance efficiency and power efficiency of device reached 12.46cd/A and 5.07 lm/W at a driving current of 10mA/cm2.
