Release rate control of liposome using diacrylated-pluronic |
초록 |
Liposome is useful for delivery of hydrophilic drugs that cannot be loaded efficiently into other drug delivery systems. However, control of release rate from liposomal system is hard to achieve. In this study, we applied diacrylated-pluronic to control the permeability of lipid bilayer. Diacrylated-pluronic was coated on the lipid bilayer of liposome, and photo-crosslinked. The release rate of dimethylmethylene blue, a water soluble dye, from pluronic-coated liposome was controlled by the concentration of diacrylated-pluronic during coating process.
