| 제목 | Comparison of properties in polyimide depending on the structure of Silica |
| 초록 | Silica was blended with polyimide to develop low dielectric constant(k) materials with improving mechanical and thermal properties of polyimide. The hybrid membranes were obtained by the sol-gel process and addition with tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS). The structural characterization of the membrane was performed by FT-IR, XRD, TGA, DSC and electric characterization was performed by Dielectric analyzer. |
