제목 | 수정된 TFA-MOD법에 의한 LAO(100) 단결정 기판 위의 SmBa2Cu3O7-x 박막 제조 |
초록 | We have systematically investigated the fabrication process of SmBa2Cu3O7-x (Sm123) thin films on LaAlO3 (100) single-crystal substrates by the metal organic deposition (MOD) method using trifluoroacetates(TFA) solution. Unlike a normal TFA-MOD process, we prepared the TFA precursor solution by dissolving Sm-123 powder into the trifluoroacetic acid. The precursor solution was coated on LaAlO3 (100) single-crystal substrates using a spin coater, and fired with the following two steps in a low humidity and a reduced oxygen atmosphere. The first step was the heat treatment up to 400 o C for 24 h, where the film was composed of Nd2O3, BaF2, and CuO, and the second step was performed at the firing temperature up to 900 o C for 2 h, where c-axis oriented Sm123 films were deposited on the substrates. The highest Tc value was 82.5 K. We will present detailed effects of the firing temperature on the microstructures and superconducting properties of Sm-123 films, and discuss the processing-property relationship.
