Synthesis of carbon nanoshells and electrical properties of paste electrode |
| 초록 |
Carbon nanoshells (CNs) on nickel oxide nanoparticleswere synthesized by chemical vapor deposition method. CNs successfully servedas nanofiller for conductive nanocomposites. The structures of NCs wereinvestigated by X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy. The electricalproperties of conductive nanocomposites were studied and compared withdifferent conductive composites composed of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) andgraphite powders. The strain-dependent electrical resistance characteristics ofconductive nanocomposite film were investigated as well. |
