제목 Synthesis of carbon nanoshells and electrical properties of paste electrode
초록 Carbon nanoshells (CNs) on nickel oxide nanoparticleswere synthesized by chemical vapor deposition method. CNs successfully servedas nanofiller for conductive nanocomposites. The structures of NCs wereinvestigated by X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy. The electricalproperties of conductive nanocomposites were studied and compared withdifferent conductive composites composed of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) andgraphite powders. The strain-dependent electrical resistance characteristics ofconductive nanocomposite film were investigated as well.
