In this work, porous polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) based on poly(ethylene-co-methacrylate-co-glycydyl methacrylate) (PEMGM)/polyvinylidenefluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene (PVDF-HFP) comprising of lithium perchlorate (LiClO4) was prepared. N-doped TiO2 (N-Ti) was used as a filler to enhance the Li+ ion conductivity. The effect of PEMGM and N-Ti on elctrochemical performance of PEM was investigated and the PEM was characterized by SEM, tensile strength, and a.c. impedance. From the results, the prepared PEM showed increased ion conductivity by the addition of PEMGM, indicating higher mobility of polymer chain by the increase of amorphous form. Moreover, the addition of N-Ti led to more enhanced ionic conductivity by higher interaction between TiO2 and Li ion. |
