제목 The effect of nonsolvent on the poly(acrylic acid) nanogel prepared by electron beam irradiation
초록 Nanogels have sizable drug loading capacity and high dispersion stability in aqueous media due to their unique potential for combining the characteristics hydrogel with a nano size. In this study, we investigated the effect of nonsolvent on the poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) nanogel prepapred by electron beam irradiation. As the nonsolvent, both hexane and acetone were used. PAA powder and nonsolvent were dissolved in the distilled water (DIW) by using a mechanical stirrer and then irradiated by electron beam.The size and morphology of PAA nanogel as a function of kind and content of nonsolvent were investigated byFE-SEM and a particle size analyzer (PSA).
