제목 High efficiency hybrid ion exchange filter for removal of acidic harmful gases.
초록 Hybrid ion exchange filter consisted of poly urethane foam and AMP 16 OH ion exchange resin was developed by using different types of pressure sensitive adhesive. Its water resistance, chemical resistance and the elongation with Pressure sensitive adhesive(PSA) were measured and the adsorption of HF and HCl gas with various parameters such as initial concentration and flow rate. The adsorption equilibrium was investigated on a filter at room temperature and with different concentrations. The elongation was 900%(ATE-701), 1500%(AT-4000C) and 2400%(HCA-1000). In the water resistance and chemical resistance test, the HCA-1000 was high durability. A higher HF and HCl concentration and higher flow rate gave to grater removal on the filter. Also, the results of the regeneration tests showed that the filter exhibited good durability.
