제목 Preparation of adhesive dextrin hydrogel and evaluation of gel characteristics using Taguchi Method
초록 The hydrogel is being used in various fields since it has a three-dimensional network structure. Adhesive hydrogels are prepared with dextrin and methacrylic acid. To find the best condition for preparing hydrogels use Taguchi method which is a powerful tool to design optimization for quality. Factors are set to Molecular weight of Dextrin, volume of Methacylic anhydride(mL/Dextrin g), pH, reaction time(hr), reaction temperature(℃), whether dialysis, gelation time(min). Each fators are 2~3 level. To evaluate the biodegradability of hydrogels, we measured swelling ratio, cell viability, protein absorption, inflammatory response and to measure the physical properties of hydrogels, we observed morphology by FE-SEM, shear strength and bond strength by Rheometer. According to the evaluation, hydrogels' characteristics are suitable for wound dressing.
