The trends of SOFC become lowering the temperature and reducing BOPs such as reformers. As nickel are used for the SOFC's catalyst in anode side, the hydrogen sulfide (H2S) gives sulfur poisoning effect on triple phase boundary(TPB) and cause the performance drop of the cell. In this research, the SOFC degradation mechanisms were evaluated, and the sulfur coverage were calculated by temkin isotherm which related to the temperature and the H2S concentration. The sulfur coverage by temperature difference and the performance drop by H2S concentration, and the relationship by current and the performance drop is studied.
