fabrication of all solid state electrolyte via continuouse process with low interface resistance |
초록 |
The all solid battery is one of powerful candidate for next generation energy stroage system in order to prevent explosion of liquid electrolyte intrinsically. In order to fabricate all solid electrolyte, there are several limitaions owing to solid state electrolyte including low ion conductivity, high interface resistance between electrolyte and electrode. in this study, we blended PVDF-HFP and LLZO nano powder which can enhance the ion conductivity of solid electrolyte dramatically and fabricate this electorlyte ring up side of cathod to reduce surface resistance efficeintly. additioanly we pressed the sample with appropriate temperature to reduce total heihg of cell and we grown Li right upper side of hybrid electrolyte to reduece surface resistance. as a result we fabricate all solid Li metal battery with hybride electorlyte via continuous process to achieve high ion conductivity and low surface resistance at the same time |
