제목 Doping Solid Electrolyte with Silver and Copper To Improve Properties of All Solid State Lithium Ion Battery
초록 The basic qualifications of electrolyte is to pass through ions and preventing electron passing. Therefore the lower electric conductivity and higher ionic conductivity of electrolyte, the better. We pay attention to way to decrease electric conductivity. There are many ways to decrease electric conductivity, and we decrease electric conductivity by doping electrolyte with another materials. If electrolyte were doped, new grains are created. Each grain boundaries of electrolyte have energy barrier, so it acts to prevent electrons from passing through. Therefore as grains are created, the number of energy barrier is increase, as a result, electric conductivity is decrease. We dope LATP solid electrolyte with silver or Copper and make pellet from it. We measure impedance and electric conductivity of Ag sputtered sold electrolyte pellet. Also we prepare different concentration of doped material pellet to confirm relevance of concentration of doped material and electric conductivity.
